Le tipologie di scadenze possono essere create da voi in base alle vostre esigenze.

La sezione della gestione delle scadenze, si presenta come una lista filtrabile per tipologia e ordinabile per data. Questo consente di effettuare una prima ricerca veloce e visiva e di visualizzare se gli interlocutori hanno letto il messaggio e l’hanno recepito.

E’ disponibile anche una ricerca dettagliata per poter effettuare ricerche puntuali in caso di un numero di righe e risultati elevato

Le scadenze possono essere modificate a cancellate, in questo caso il sistema avviserà automaticamente i destinatari del messaggio.

Avvisi di scadenza

Gli avvisi di scadenza sono altrettanto importanti, e vengono generati in automatico dal sistema nel momento in cui si crea una scadenza.

Gli avvisi di scadenza possono essere inviati via mail, sms e push message, anche contemporaneamente, selezionando due o tutte le modalità.

L’avviso di scadenza viene inviato in automatico anche quando le informazioni della scadenza vengono modificate e cancellate.

Questa particolare funzione di gestione delle scadenze è stata sviluppata su richiesta delle società dilettantistiche, che a differenza di quelle professionistiche hanno centinaia e centinaia di iscritti da gestire.

Chi può creare le scadenze?

Non tutti gli utenti possono creare le scadenze. Gli amministratori o gli utenti che hanno i permessi sono gli unici che possono vedere e generare le scadenze e i rispettivi avvisi di scadenza, selezionando le opportune modalità di invio.

Chi può vedere le scadenze ?

Come detto gli amministratori e chi gestisce le scadenze possono visualizzare tutte le informazioni generate e presenti nel sistema, ma per gli altri utenti, solo i destinatari coinvolti nella creazione della scadenza possono vedere le loro scadenze, e chiaramente ricevere gli avvisi relativi.

E’ possibile inviare gli avvisi via sms ?

Si! Come per gli appuntamenti e gli eventi è possibile selezionare l’invio dell’avviso tramite SMS. Il modulo SMS deve essere però abilitato e si deve acquistare un pacchetto di SMS dal portale di Team Manager, il servizio infatti ha dei costi che devono essere sostenuti dalle società sportive.

Cosa sono gli avvisi PUSH ?

Gli avvisi push sono degli avvisi generati dal sistema selezionando l’apposita modalità in fase di creazione della scadenza o dell’appuntamento. Questi messaggi vengono inviati in automatico dal sistema agli utenti selezionati che utilizzano l’applicazione per smartphone e tablet Android e iOS Team-manager.
