Si può dire che è il fulcro del sistema, un calendario appuntamenti che ti consente di verificare la disponibilità delle agende, la generazione di uno o più appuntamenti anche ricorrenti, la selezione degli utenti coinvolti scegliendo i singoli nominativi, le intere squadre o i gruppi, selezionando tutti gli utenti o segnalando chi non deve essere coinvolto.

Puoi inviare comunicazioni, allegati, inviti a partecipare utilizzando la mail, gli sms o i messaggi push per smartphone.

Team Manager ha sviluppato un potente sistema di gestione delle convocazioni che avvisa i dirigenti in tempo reale di chi ha letto e ricevuto l’invito e di chi ha confermato o meno l’invito, specificando anche le eventuali motivazioni di rifiuto.

Oltre a questo Il calendario degli eventi e delle convocazioni, dispone di un sistema di gestione dei luoghi, tramite il quale sapremo se il luogo scelto è disponibile o no.

Ogni utente visualizza il proprio calendario, e ha la facoltà di gestire la non disponibilità in determinate ore o giornate. Immaginiamo che tu sia un giocatore di una squadra e che frequentando delle lezioni serali di recupero di matematica non sei disponibile tutti i giovedì dalle 16 alle 18 per i prossimi 5 giovedì… presto fatto, entri nel calendario e inserisci l’indisponibilità per il tempo necessario, a questo punto tutti sapranno che non sarai disponibile nei prossimi 5 giovedì dalle 16 alle 18

Puoi inserire un appuntamento specifico per il singolo giocatore inviando la notifica via mail, sms o su app mobile.

O entrare nel calendario sociale e creare uno specifico appuntamento nel quale potrai selezionare la tipologia, inserire la descrizione, una data di inizio con orario e una data di fine con orario, scegliere se inviarlo a tutti o solo a specifici contatti, gruppi e squadre.

Scegliere il luogo e verificare la disponibilità

Inserire delle note generali o sull’abbigliamento.

Un vero calendario convocazioni

Puoi usare questo tipo di invio di inviti per le convocazioni delle partite, selezionando la squadra e deselezionando chi non è convocato. In questo modo l’invito alla convocazione sarà ricevuto solo dai membri selezionati, che dovranno confermare o specificare il motivo del rifiuto.

Inserendo il luogo lo stesso sarà condivisibile su Googlemaps o sulle mappe del navigatore.

Visualizza la conferma partecipazione

Prova ora il calendario registrando la tua società, crea un utente e invia una convocazione, conferma o meno e controlla in tempo reale!

Per avere sotto controllo velocemente l’andamento delle adesioni basta andare in “Conferme appuntamenti” e troverai lo stato in real time di quanti hanno ricevuto e letto, quanti hanno confermato e quanto non lo hanno fatto, spostandoti con il cursore sui relativi segnalini vedrai in anteprima i nominativi coinvolti.

Puoi modificare in qualsiasi momento l’appuntamento da te creato, in questo caso il sistema avviserà tutti gli attori coinvolti in automatico, idem se dovessi cancellarlo… arriverà un messaggio di cancellazione dell’evento, e lo stesso verrà eliminato dalle singole agende.

Per le scadenze consulta la sezione apposita.

Chi può usare il calendario ?

Chiunque abbia i permessi specifici, ad esempio il team manager, il segretario o anche l’allenatore, è a tua discrezione assegnare i permessi per la gestione del calendario appuntamenti e convocazioni.

Eventi, appuntamenti, convocazioni e scadenze sono calendari diversi ?

No. il calendario è unico, sei tu a stabilire che tipo di appuntamento inviare, gestendo le categorie degli appuntamenti.
Solo le scadenze sono fisse sono visualizzabili separatamente.

Chi vede chi partecipa ?

Le partecipazioni agli eventi sono riservate all’amministratore dell’evento o appuntamento. Un giocatore per esempio non può vedere chi partecipa e chi no.

Cosa gestisco nelle scadenze ?

Tutto quello che vuoi, creando la categoria appropriata nella sezione scadenze. Per esempio:
– visite mediche
– documenti e certificati
– pagamenti delle rate delle quote
ecc..
